From left to right;

first import the dwg of the sideview, create a 3d volume and paste the lines on top of the side of the volume and adapt the dimensions of the volume to fit.

Select all and intersect with selected and then with the pushpull tool create a volume that follows the contours of the side of the hood.

Import the dwg of the front elevation of the hood, align these and paste these on top of the hood model.
